Ray White’s Northside Power Move

By Murtaza Bagasrawala

In an exciting move, Brisbane real estate powerhouse Robert Green, who owns seven Ray White offices in Brisbane including Ray White Aspley, is merging his business with gun business owner Roxanne Paterson of Ray White Bracken Ridge | Sandgate.

Together the expanded group will manage nine offices with more than 200 staff members.

Roxanne Paterson will move into a coaching role to mentor the next generation of elite sales people at the northside collective. Her new role will be as the director of growth for the expanded group.

“Rox is definitely the missing link for me. She will provide value to my agents and mentor the elite agents. She is a chairman’s elite level performer and she knows what it takes,” Robert Green said.

“If you want to go fast, go alone but if you want to go further, go together,” he said.

“This merger cements our position on the northside of Brisbane and provides a better opportunity for market share growth and opportunities for all our members.

“We will run more auctions, list more properties and share our database. We will have more of everything, more conversations, more buyers and sellers and more finance.”

Robert Green, who has 18 years experience in real estate, is the key driver of the group’s growth.

The group had a record month in May, selling more than $100 million in property.

“That growth of the group has been significant and together Roxanne and I can provide the support to our agents in so many ways from lead generation to administration, marketing and sales associate training,” he said.

“My approach has always been characterised by flexibility, support and an understanding that caring for the people who work in the business ensures clients are cared for equally well.”

Since 2016 Roxanne has taken Ray White Bracken Ridge from strength to strength, rapidly growing her team and dominating the market share in the 4017 postcode. She later opened the doors to her second business, Ray White Sandgate.

In this next chapter, Roxanne will look to assist with growth of the expanded group, train and mentor and work with the group’s best agents.

“My goal is to have all members operating at their peak performance level, as well as giving back to our community in every way possible,” she said.

“Robert and I complement each other, and I am so excited about this next phase. We are both fierce for our people and will do anything for our collective team. This is a big power move for us both and I am excited about the strength in numbers and where the future goes.”

Ray White Queensland chief executive officer Jason Andrew congratulated Rob Green and Roxanne Paterson on the seamless stylish merger.

“Rob and Rox have had a huge impact on the group so far, so I cannot wait to see what they can achieve together in this powerhouse business of size and scale,” Mr Andrew said.
