Sharon’s professional employment journey begun in aviation and strata property management and her achievements were motivated by desire to prove anything is possible in this world, with or without formal educational qualifications. Being rich or successful does not require qualifications in the sense that having an entrepreneurial mindset with self-intelligence by applying both intelligence quotient (IQ) + emotional intelligence (EI) will always be preferred in most reputable organisations she believes. Sharon has spent over ten years in Insolvency and Forensic Accounting, where she managed relationships between creditors and the firm amicably. She particularly appreciated that bankruptcy is more than a financial solution to debt, and provided her unique approach anticipating positive outcomes. Managing business operations, including performing analysis of financial statements, preparing consumer reporting, conducting staff performance reviews, problem solving and providing strategies during conflict resolution whilst contributing to process improvement and control has been a fulfilling and empowering journey for her. Outside of Accounting, Sharon has an interest in property and holds her real estate license. She imagine’s how gratifying it would be to help others make smart real estate decisions.
